1. WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or international destinations.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. A second email with your tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

3. DELIVERY TIMES
Standard UK Delivery: 5–9 business days after dispatch
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Delays may occur during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, sales events)
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control

- Buy 2 pairs or more: Free Delivery

5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.
To track your order, use the link provided in your dispatch email or visit the carrier's website directly.
If you have not received your tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@monelle.co.uk.

6. FAILED DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notification card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.

7. MISSING OR LOST ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@monelle.co.uk with your order number.
We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or full refund.

8. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@monelle.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
