The loafers are true to size but may run slightly small. Loafers fit tighter than sneakers because of their laceless design.

If you normally wear half sizes, you can go up 0.5 size to find your perfect fit.

Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes. We deliver to all addresses across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

We do not currently ship overseas or to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. All orders are dispatched from within the UK.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–9 business days.

Your total estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days from the date of your order.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it has been dispatched. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

What is your returns policy?

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

To start a return, email us at support@monelle.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 1–2 business days withninstructions.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
